Scope of Work:
Independent Power Producer (IPP) Bids Assistance
- Identify and track IPP-tendered utility-scale solar opportunities across the Gulf and wider MENA region.
- Conduct early-stage screening and qualification based on technical, commercial, and regulatory factors.
- Support engagement with developers, EPCs, lenders, and government/utility stakeholders to strengthen positioning in the IPP ecosystem.
- Provide regional intelligence on competitive landscape, market trends, and bid precedents to enhance strategic decision-making.
- Advise on bid strategies including product positioning, technology differentiation, pricing competitiveness, and partnership approach.
Bid Preparation and Submission
- Develop complete technical and commercial documentation required for bid submission, aligned with IPP project specifications.
- Customize PV tracker system configurations and performance assumptions to match site conditions, terrain challenges, and climate parameters.
- Prepare value-engineered proposals emphasizing efficiency, durability, bankability, and lifecycle performance.
- Collaborate closely with the PVH engineering and commercial teams to ensure consistent data, pricing, warranties, and compliance materials.
- Coordinate submission logistics, respond to clarifications and Q&A requests, and support post-submission communication with project stakeholders.
