Scope of Work:
Independent Power Producer (IPP) Bids Assistance
- Research and identification of IPP projects and relevant bid opportunities in regions of interest.
- Advisory support for engaging with stakeholders such as governments, utilities, and financiers for IPP projects.
- Develop strategies for positioning TBEA’s products and services effectively in the IPP market.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification
- Perform comprehensive market research to identify key trends, regulations, and demand drivers in targeted regions.
- Develop detailed opportunity profiles that align with TBEA’s capabilities in power transmission, transformers, inverters, energy storage, and other clean energy solutions.
- Analyze competitor offerings and identify gaps in the market that TBEA can capitalize on.
Bid Preparation and Submission
- Develop bid documentation, including technical specifications, pricing models, and contractual terms tailored to each opportunity.
- Ensure all submissions meet the specific requirements of the tender, including regulatory compliance, quality standards, and environmental considerations.
- Provide coordination between internal teams (e.g., technical, legal, commercial) and external stakeholders (e.g., partners, clients) to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
