
Energetica served as project development and bid directors for Etihad Water and Electricity on the highly competitive Saudi SPPC Round 5 Solar PV tenders. Through close collaboration, we crafted and implemented winning bid strategies for all four tenders, totaling 3.7 GW. Scope of Work:
Bid Preparation and Submission
- Develop and structure bid documentation, including detailed technical specifications, financial models, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, and financial) to compile the necessary documentation and ensure all inputs are timely and accurate.
- Perform a comprehensive review of all bid requirements to ensure compliance with local regulations and tender specifications.
- Prepare submission materials that clearly demonstrate the company’s competitive advantage and value proposition.
- Manage the bid submission process to ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Negotiation and Contract Finalization
- Support in negotiating key terms, including pricing, timelines, deliverables, and risk allocation.
- Collaborate with internal legal and commercial teams to review and amend contract clauses as necessary.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are addressed during the negotiation process.
- Assist in managing communication between the company and external parties to resolve any contract-related issues or concerns.
- Facilitate the finalization and signing of contracts, ensuring that all terms are clearly defined and agreed upon by all parties involved.
