Scope of Work:
Independent Power Producer (IPP) Bids Assistance
- Identify and monitor upcoming IPP projects in target regions that align with Marubeni’s capabilities.
- Facilitate introductions and collaborations with local stakeholders, developers, and financial partners.
- Provide market insights to tailor Marubeni’s offerings (e.g., power generation, renewables, transmission & distribution) for IPP bids.
- Support in negotiating project terms, structuring deals, and ensuring Marubeni’s competitive edge in the IPP market.
Bid Preparation and Submission
- Develop and customize bid documentation, including technical specifications, financial models, risk assessments, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Marubeni’s internal teams (technical, legal, financial) to gather necessary information and ensure bid accuracy.
- Review and ensure all bids comply with local regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the bid process, from submission to post-submission follow-up, ensuring clarity and consistency in Marubeni’s proposals.
